Your Role

Your task is to inspire prospective customers for HR for Dynamics right from the start, to show them an innovative solution for their desired improvements in HR and to win them over as satisfied customers in the long term.
Your teamlead will support you in achieving your revenue goals and your individual development according to your career plan.
Our apps are global market leaders with unique USPs that make selling the software easier. Your future colleagues have already won these customers.

Your Future

  • You are successfully selling our HR software HR for Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • You guide the prospect in a structured and multi-tiered sales process from lead to purchase. We don't do cold calls! You receive your leads from the marketing department
  • Thereby, you present the innovative solution and the USPs online via Microsoft Teams
  • You excite the prospects about the benefits of the solution for their company and their employees
  • You close deals goal-oriented and then hand over your newly acquired customer to the Customer Success Team
  • You work closely with the prospects, our partners and the global Microsoft sales teams
  • You work at our headquarters in Würzburg with prospects from your assigned regions

Your Experience

What you need to have

  • You already have first sales experience
    (Beginners can find our Trainee Program here)
  • You are goal-oriented and strong in closing deals
  • You are excited about the possibilities of digital transformation
  • You have very good communication skills
  • You are fluent in English or German

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B Online Sales
  • Network in the Microsoft Ecosystem
