Your Tasks
- Electronic archiving: scanning and indexing of documents (test reports, technical certifications, environment reports and other special data)
- Working with the team in an agile manner to build a document database for various departments
- Maintaining the currently valid reports folder and list of reports which needs to be updated
- Assisting the technical department in various analytics and research works
Your Profile
- Enrolled in the University degree of construction, chemistry, civil engineering or materials science, preferably mineral building materials or comparable qualifications
- Willingness to learn new technologies in terms of dry wall constructions and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills in fluent or full professional proficiency German and English
- Ability to work in an international team and regular support international assignments, as well as a strong accuracy and care in the execution of work
